567bet FAQ — All Your Questions Answered on Accounts, Betting & Payments

No — 567bet is strictly for users aged 18 and above. This isn't just a recommendation; it's a firm platform rule. Creating an account under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

How age verification works:

• During registration, you declare that you are 18 or older
• Before withdrawing, you'll need to upload your National ID or Birth Registration Certificate for KYC verification
• If KYC verification confirms the user is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any existing balance may be forfeited
• Age verification may be requested at any time if there is reason for suspicion

If there are children or teenagers in your household, keep your 567bet account and payment details out of their reach. Register only once you turn 18 — not before.

567bet offers two types of regular promotions — free spins and a daily sign-in bonus. Each works differently:

Free Spins: Free spins give you the chance to play a set number of rounds on a specific slot or casino game at no cost. To claim them, log in to your account and head to the "Promotions" section — any active free spin offers will be listed there. Hit the "Claim" button and the free spins will be added to the designated game instantly. Free spins typically expire within 24–72 hours.

Daily Sign-In Bonus: This offer rewards you with a small bonus each day simply for logging in. When active, a check-in button will appear on the homepage or promotions page — just click it to collect your bonus. Checking in on consecutive days increases your reward, with the maximum prize available on day 7. Missing a day resets your streak and you start over from day one.

In both cases, winnings from bonuses generally require meeting specific wagering conditions before you can withdraw — full details are listed on the relevant offer's page.

An accumulator (or acca) bet combines the results of multiple matches into a single wager. If all your selections are correct, the odds multiply and the payout can be huge. Get even one wrong, though, and you lose the entire bet.

How to build an accumulator on 567bet, step by step:

• Go to the Sports section, select your first match, and click on the outcome you want — it will be added to your bet slip
• Click on more outcomes from the same or different matches — each click adds another selection to your betslip
• Once your betslip has 2 or more selections, the "Accumulator" or "Multi" tab will appear automatically
• Enter your stake amount and the potential payout will be calculated automatically
• Clicking the "Confirm Bet" button will submit your bet

An accumulator can include a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 15 selections. Two different selections from the same match generally cannot be combined in one accumulator — the system will automatically flag a warning if you try.

Yes, the minimum bet amounts differ between Sports Betting and casino games. Details below:

• Sports Betting: The minimum bet amount is ৳10 (ten taka). This applies to both single bets and accumulators.
• Live Casino: Varies by game. Most table games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack) start from a minimum of ৳50. Some VIP tables may have higher minimums.
• Slot Games: Most slots have a minimum bet of ৳20. Penny slots may go even lower.

The maximum bet limit varies based on your account level and the type of match. Major cricket or football matches generally carry higher limits. As your account's VIP level increases, so does your maximum betting limit.

When betting with a bonus, there may be a cap on the maximum stake — this is outlined in the bonus terms and conditions.

Yes, absolutely. 567bet's website is built with mobile users in mind — even without a dedicated app, all features are fully accessible through your mobile browser.

Browsers that work best:

• Chrome (Android & iOS) — best performance
• Safari (iPhone & iPad) — Best option for iOS
• Firefox and Samsung Internet — both work smoothly as well
• Some live streaming features may not work on Opera Mini

For the best mobile experience, always keep your browser up to date. Older versions of Chrome or Safari may sometimes have trouble loading the Live Casino stream properly.

A handy tip — open 567bet in Chrome and select "Add to Home Screen" from the menu to create a shortcut icon. Next time you open it from that icon, it'll feel just like using an app.

Some sections of your 567bet profile can be updated on your own, while others require you to go through Support.

You can change these yourself:

• Password — Can be changed at any time from your account settings
• Communication preferences (notifications on/off) — available in the Settings section

This needs to be done through support:

• Registered mobile number change — Since your mobile number is your login ID, it cannot be changed directly. To update it, contact live chat or email support@567bet-baji.com with both your old and new numbers. Once your identity is verified, the update is typically processed within 24 hours.
• Name correction — you can request a one-time change through Support before KYC verification is complete. Once KYC is done, your name can no longer be changed.

When requesting a number change, providing a reason and proof that the new number is registered in your name will help speed up the process.
